Why does MicroBase Pro indicate that the
MicroBase Network is Offline?
MicroBase Professional must be able to connect to the Internet in order to download product bulletins and application support files from the MicroBase Network. If MicroBase Professional indicates that it is Offline, use the following checklist:
Proxy Servers: MicroBase Professional v2.01 and below do not support proxy based Internet access. Proxy based Internet access will be supported in a future update of MicroBase professional. |

Why can't I download Bulletins and Application Support Files from the MicroBase Network? Users wishing to download Bulletins and Application Support Files must enter a valid MicroBase Network user name and password. To enter your user name and password into MicroBase Professional, use the following checklist:
