FAQ: Getting Started With The MicroBase Network

Please read this entire page before using your MicroBase Network Login.

Usernames: Please take care to enter your username and password exactly as shown above. Spelling, punctuation and letter case are important!

Passwords: Your username is one string which contains no spaces and your password is two or three words, each separated by a single period. Also, please remember that your user name and password are for your own use only and may not be divulged to any other parties.

Very Important: Your MicroBase Network login provides electronic access to DSS applications information. It does not activate your MicroBase Pro software. To activate MicroBase Pro software, you will need to purchase a MicroBase Pro License and Authorization Key. If you have previously purchased a license and have lost your Authorization key, instructions for ordering a replacement are found here: www.dssmicro.com/faqs/faq_mbp_license.htm.
