Applies to: MicroBase Professional v2.0x Issue: MicroBase Pro v2.0x downloads are not visible on certain versions of Windows Symptoms: When saving certain files such as MicroVib II group files and message attachments, the downloaded file cannot be viewed. Cause: When MicroBase Pro v2.0x is installed under Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, or Windows 10, user permissions may not be set correctly and MicroBase Pro may not be able to save certain data types. Solution: This issue has been corrected in MicroBase Professional v2.10 Build 1300 (and higher). You will need to update your MicroBase Pro installation.
